Expanding rubber wheels

Expanding rubber wheels carry matching abrasive sleeves or belts. Wheel and abrasive dimensions must agree.

Where it helps

Enable quick abrasive changes for compatible finishing work.

Use only with the matching abrasive and machine. Check diameter, width and speed rating.

Expansion wheels hold compatible abrasive sleeves. Pages 19–20 list sanding cones and aluminium oxide or zirconia sleeves.
Select holder and sleeve together. Diameter and width must match for a proper fit.
Provide holder diameter and width, mounting or shank type, and the workpiece material.
